Why U9-H do not support my 3840x2160 TV?

It is the first time with no 4k ? Maybe there is a incompability with your minix and your tv. Please say the full details of your TV. Maybe in the next firmware (if it is a bug) is fixed.

Panasonic TH-49CX520C ，it can display 3840x2160 @ 30 RGB.Thank you!
 
Ok. If you have the possibilty try the two devices in other/others 4k TV , is one more test you can do.

Ok. The problem is your TV (incompabilty with your minix) then. The best is wait for another fw upgrade(minix) . You have to check also a firmware upgrade in your tv for the future.
 
Send a email to panasonic support team and explain the situation. Maybe they can release a firmware that can fix your problem.
 
Do one more test if you dont already done that: try only your minix and your tv connected ( Just a cable between the two devices and nothing more connected (your laptop for example) )
