Wifi and Bluetooth not working after Firmware update version 9.3.16

Hello All,

I've updated the firmware to 9.3.16 and then my wifi and bluetooth are not working. I tried factory reset but the issues are still there..
I checked the status on the neo t5 and it showed unavailable under the Bluetooth Address. My router are fine since all other devices can connect to my WIFI.
 
Wifi is working fine and i think bluetooth (i will test) is also working .
You must check your settings (router, SSID password, etc).

Wifi:
Maybe you changed many things on your router and is not working properly (try a router factory reset ).

Note:
Test with the T5 close to router.
If ethernet is connected then your Wifi don't work.
In order to use/test wifi you must disconnect RJ45 cable.

Edited: (bluetooth)
I was able to pair my smartphone (Samsung galaxy A50) with T5 but i am unable to send files.
I will test later with another smartphone.

My router is fine, all devices connected with my wifi except for minix neo t5. i did not change anything. if its my router issues, the neo t5 would have been able to scan other network like my hotspot and neighbour's wifi.

I tested several times with several routers (and two T5 devices).
I am sure:
WIFI is working well.

Again you must double check your setup and make sure you are not using cable connection.

Change your wireless channel for example: (i am with wireless channel auto).

i tried everything on the router before i posted this thread. and it's not the router issues.. like i said, the neo t5 would have shown other networks if my router was the main culprit.. i cant even turn on the wifi on my neo t5

Ok but it should work (i tested all T5 firmwares and wifi is working)

I suggest contact minix support team:
support@minix.com.hk

You could try downgrade T5 firmware (one that is working for you) but it is not a good idea and i don't advice you.
Like i said if T5 is working properly (and router) T5 must work well with wifi.

Edited: you can try reflash firmware (9.3.16)

@Adrian17 try this. If there is some sort of firmware corruption it may fix it. If still no joy then contact support@minix.com.hk

1. Download the firmware zip file (Do Not Unpack) and copy it to a USB stick.
2. Insert the USB stick to the NEO T5.
3. Run this app: "UPDATE&BACKUP". See below...
4. Access the firmware file.
5. Click "Update" button to update the firmware.

To access the UPDATE app:
Settings
Apps
See all apps
Scroll down to Show system apps
Scroll down to UPDATE, select, Open

yes i tried. i even tried reflash it but wifi still won't be able to turn on
