wifi and bluetooth not working

hi experts.
i already tried updating to 9.3.16 and even downgrade to 9.3.15 but the wifi and bluetooth on the minix neo t5 still wont turn on.
i've already emailed minix but up till now i did not receive their reply.
 
Firmwares:
9.3.15 - Wi-Fi is working (did not test Bluetooth)
9.3.16 - Wi-Fi is working.
Bluetooth- is not working properly. I was able to pair my device (Samsung galaxy A50 with android 10 OS when i tested) but i was unable to send files.

You must review your network (router, etc...).
