WiFi Won't connect

WiFi Not Connecting, I cannot get the U22-XJ to connect, it can see the wifi 2.4 and 5g but when I try to connect it can't find it. The router is a D-Link 880 and is 4 feet from the box. All my android devices tablet, phone etc., connect instantly but NOT the media box. RJ45 connect works perfect but not the wifi. Any suggestions?? And yes tried restarting router and box, and changing channels etc in the router but to no avail. These boxes are brand new today.

There's no need at all to double post identical new threads/content!! (Correction - triple post, you also posted the same content under @fabzilla 's thread discussing the exact same issues there as well) !!!

Just create the one thread or post with your questions or concerns if it's a new problem, or add to an existing thread on the same subject if you're experiencing the same problem as someone else!! Then, actually give the other members a chance to respond too . Multiple identical threads/posts just end up causing unnecessary clutter, not to mention the potential confusion/cross chatter across your identical posts, for both you or others trying to keep track.
