Immediately after running the setup of Win10 1803 (the original build on my NEO N42C-4) I installed the 1903 Win10 patch. No problems at all. There were a couple points where it looked like it wasnt progressing (21-23% and then again at 82-83%) but I Just left it alone and it completed after about 1.25 hours. No booting issues, same BIOS it came with (5.12 11/16/2018). Only 3GB free on 32G drive after update completed, ran disk cleanup which included system files/previous windows installations and reported 9.5GB free afterwards. I have a Micron 1100 250G SATA drive as the secondary and 16GB RAM (KUESUNY 16GB Kit (8GBX2) DDR3L-1600). So far it is running great.

You have an SSD but you're still running Windows from the eMMC?
