Is it possible to install Windows 10 Enterprise 64 if i have the key for it or is it only Windows 10 pro supplied by minix that works?

It sould work but you'll need all Minix N42-C specific drivers. Check this before doing something.

Yes, you can install Windows 10 Enterprise on MINIX NEO N42C-4 - but will need to manually install the necessary drivers.
