Wont Bootup After Windows Update

After doing the windows update my Neo J50c-4 wont bootup, I get a error message..
FILE: \EFI\MICROSOFT\BOOT\BCD
Status: 0xc0000102
Info: The Boot Configuration data for your computer is missing or contains errors..

How do you correct for this issue with doing a full restore?
