Z100 - turn off USB power delivery when off

I have a HDD connected to one of the USB-A ports. Even when turned off, the Z100 seem to provide power over those ports. Is there a way to turn the USB power off when the PC is off?

Please enable S5 mode on BIOS. You can enter Bios setting by hitting "Delete" key when Z100 power on. And follow steps below to set it:
1. Advanced->Power Settings->Deep S5(EUP)(Enabled)
2. Click F4 to keep and exit.
