hi all.
i have a problem when i try to enter bios i get a black screen. and cant do anything other than restart the device.
if i dont try to enter bios the device boots to windows.
i have not touched the bios or tried to update it.
can anyone help??
Try this first:
-It is possible that you have activated fastboot and prevent you from entering the bios.
Remove power cable from the device and try again.
-try with another monitor/TV
-disconnect everything you don´t need and use a minimum setup.
