Z83-4 external storage

Can't get my Neo z83-4 to read anything over 16GB on USB. I am using good quality thumb drives of 64GB each and it does not seem to matter what format I use the system will not read over 16GB. I I would also like to use a external hard drive, what is the maximum storage capacity you can use?

NEO Z83-4 should be able to read the 64GB USB memory stick....much larger capacity external HDDs are supported.
Have you tested with more than one 64GB USB memory stick? It could be a problem with this specific 64GB USB memory stick.
