As far as I am aware, only the Z83-4 Plus is officially available. The other versions may still be available due to old stock.

Thanks very much for that information, i was asking because when i put Z83 on search nothing came up and i have seen other boxes on web that have the same number on but plainly nor Minix.

Z83 signifies that the processor is of the Intel Atom® x5-Z83xx series. So other brands of these boxes use a similar terminology.

FYI the original release of the MINIX NEO Z83-4 came with the Z8300 processor. It has since been upgraded to the Z8350 processor.
