ADM Download Manager can't save to external drive

Hi, I usually using ADM in my previous box Neo U1 and save file in external hdd.

In Neo T5, I install ADM with apk and open it with sideload launcher since T5 using android TV.
But when save file to external drive directory, the [ok] button is disabled

Any workaround?
 
Some sideloaded apps appear as System Apps.

ADM is one of them along with IDM+.

I guess because of this, even though permisssion has been granted to access stoarge, something is stopping the downloads location being set as external.

I haven't found a workaround yet!

Have you tried with FAT to see if it makes a difference to ADM?

I tried copying file from internal storage to NTFS external drive with solid explorer, failed.
I'll try with FAT file system in ADM
 
The same happens to me, I can't write to my external USB, I have tried NFTS, FAT and exFat, it doesn't work.
Any ideas to fix it?o_O......
With my Minix 8-H there was no problem.:rolleyes:
