Hello all and thanks for any and all assistance. My box has worked flawlessly with 2 exceptions...

1 YouTube TV cant find my location and blocks me from the main TV channels...

2. Every time I use Amazon Prime I have to add my password. it doesn't remember me and I cannot find a way to store my credentials

Same here! I have to enter user and password in amazon prime video app, too!
Why doesn't it keep the login data, like every other android device?

I've never had any issue like that with Prime Video and the U9-H.

Could it possibly be something to do with the number of registered devices?!
Is your U9-H showing as registered?
Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app. Deregistering/reregistering the device.

There's a limit to how many devices that can be streaming simultaneously from a single account. Otherwise, don't think there's actually a limit to the number of "registered devices" you can have as there is with registered Kindle devices with books downloaded to them for example. (Unless, do you have multiple devices with Prime Videos "downloaded" to them that haven't been cleared perhaps?). It could be defaulting to them somehow?

I haven't had this issue either although I rarely use Prime Video on the U9, (its an absolute one-off but the app on my TV is better lol) ;).

Might be a long shot if it isn't some kind of device limit, but have you tried logging into Amazon from Chrome on your U9-H's? Then try Prime Video! I have no idea why but I seem to recall the app asking me to do this when I installed it.

Failing that, try uninstalling the app and/or adding/removing the Prime Video account directly from your device's account settings, see if that changes anything.
