Apps not working

On my Neo U22 XJ - I seem to have some issues running some apps
Ookla Speed test - Just crashes out all the time without being able to even run a test
Apktime - When i'm scrolling through the app, it keeps jumping back to the top of the list of files and not continually scrolling down
Filelinked - same issue as apktime scrolling issue above.

If anyone can shed any light on these issues I would appreciate any assistance.

What firmware version do you currently have installed on the U22?
You may check by going to 'Settings' > 'Device Preferences' > 'About' > 'Build'.
Let me know the number you see.

Are you using a modded version of Speedtest?

Ookla from the Play Store is working fine for me.
Filelinked is working fine too!

The scrolling issue in some apps is one of the deficiencies introduced in Android 9. Maybe Minix could fix this as they done with other issues.

Would be great if they could also bring back Cut/Paste ability.

Hi Martin
My build Number is 20210203 - v006a
I used the FOTA Update app to update so i presume this is the latest update!
One of the other replies I had from GB says its a deficiency with android 9???
If you have a solution I would love to hear it....

By the way all.....
It doesnt matter if I use a modded version of these apps or not.... It still does the same thing...

So that means you have tried a modded version of Ookla?!

Filelinked and APK Time no issues here!
Also as I already said Ookla fine to.

Which remote are you using?

I can only suggest you Factory reset the device.

You don't have (or haven't noticed) the scrolling issue with Filelinked?
 
Many thanks. Is that applicable to any file linked code you use ,
Or just one particular code. For example I input code 51829986 stream and tech and cannot use the mouse to scroll. Yes, it will scroll and scroll, but suddenly jumps back to main page of stream and tech now.

OK, with a mouse, now I see what you mean!

I found that if you scroll down and manage to highlight an item, with the box around it, then continue to scroll, it then jumps back to that position.
 
@dak7385 I guess you are using the scroll wheel?!

If you use the cursor and left click hold and move the mouse up then you can get through the list.

I found that if you do this initially, then switch to scroll wheel, it no longer jumps back. Sometimes it does but not always!!! :unsure::rolleyes:

EDIT: It did do it, but now I can't get it to do it again! :confused:
