Better video settings

I have updated my box to the new V8 firmware. I have the impression that the video settings I had previously set have returned to their default values.
But I don't remember what values I have to set to have a better image quality.
The settings that I had previously and that looked better I found them here on the forum thanks to a user. I can't find the specific post.
Is anyone kind enough to tell me the optimal values to set?

Go to settings>minix settings>display> screen resolution.

I had to change mine as well after the FW008 update, but they also changed other settings in Settings>more settings> display>advanced settings by reducing the options from 5 sizes to 3. Therefore I reverted back to FW006A.

Back to my first paragraph on settings.

I have mine set as follows, after advice from some very helpful members.

In screen resolution:

1. Auto switch on
2. display mode : 2160p60hz
3. Colour depth: on ( tried both on and off) didn't see any difference.
4. Colour space settings: ycbcr420
5. Dolby switch : disable
6. HDR policy: Adaptive Hdr
7.HDR Priority: HDR 10
8. Fake HDMI: Off

Those settings provide me with a very clear picture. The settings after FW008 provided very wishy washy images.

I hope that helps.

above settings look fine for a 4K TV with HDR, but of course depends on your TV

Perfect! Thank you so much dak7385! The settings are exactly what I had before the V8 firmware. All solved. Now I've written them down in case I still need them. I have a 4k HDR TV
