brand new u9-h wont turn on at all

Just received and unpacked the product.. when plugged in and turning on, something inside it starts making weird beep noises.. faster and faster. No led light, no signal on tv... Pretty disappointed.. any suggestions? Am i doing something wrong?

Have tried different outlets, without being plugged into tv, without antenna attached. All the same. Have no other psu to test with.

Definitely not normal, return it to the reseller for a replacement or reach out to Minix Support: support@minix.com.hk
