Connect webcam to U9H?

Does anyone know if Logitech USB webcams are compatible with the U9H? I've tried connecting it, but it doesn't seem to be recognised
 
Hi. I have just bought a Minix NEO U9-H and a Logitech C920 webcam. The camera isn't being recognised by Skype (version 8.39.0.185). Is there a fix for this as I bought both items on recommendations around the web.
