Only thing I can find is open Chrome, settings, about, operating system. Some directions say click 7 times on OS but doesn't work.

Are you talking about Developer options in Android not actually Chrome?

If so you need to click several times on the Build number/firmware version under Advanced settings, About phone

Unless you are using a cell phone there is no about phone.

I have minix u1 connected to TV. My location service is tried to Chrome. I need to enter developer options in Chrome.

Thanks

If you click on the date and time on the top right of the Metro launcher it will take you to the main settings, scroll down and click on About Mediabox U1, scroll down to Build number and keep clicking on there to enable developer options.

What I said! ;)

Then as @Marty says, About Mediabox.
FYI some devices show About phone.

Thanks I will give it a try.

I don't know if this will work as my location comes from Chrome.
What I want to do is change location to mock location and use an app to put different locations.
Usually a VPN works but some sites use gps and I am still blocked.

Thanks to all you guys for the help
I finally got this to work
With a VPN and gps spoofer set to each city I can now get this to work
What I was trying to do is connect to Locast, it is a new service that provides local OTA TV stations in 9 cities so far
My VPN has 6 of the cities and it now works great.

Thanks again
