Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos

Hi all,

I just got a new TV that supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. I am trying to get this working with the U9-H. I've read conflicting info about whether or not this is supported. I'm currently running SlimboxTV 9.9 on my Minix, which does have a setting to enable Dolby Vision, but when I play a DV file, I get green and pink colors, so it doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone know if Dolby Vision and Atmos should work with SlimboxTV on the U9-H? I've read that the ROM does support it, but maybe not on the U9-H?

Alternatively, do Dolby Vision and Atmos work on the Android 6 or 7 firmwares?

Minix u9-h does not support Dolby Vision ( hardware limitation)
Dolby Atmos will be via audio passthrough from the media app being used (if supported)

IMO no real need to use Slimbox firmware with the u9-h unless you really need later android version or some of its features.

You might need to use the minix version. I've ni experience woth the slimbox release.
