Font and app icons, app text are tiny - U9H

All. Did a factory reset on my U9H and now, inspite of having changed android settings to huge font and followed other guidance but to no avail. Text in chordify app, in chrome browser, spotify is tiny. It shouldn't be. My display is 50 inch.
Any help or ideas appreciated.

What resolution is your display & what resolution is the U9-H set to?
