Hard Reset/Factory reset T5

How do i do a hard reset on a T5. Having problem with lan connection. Sometimes its connected....then it disconnects and connects via wifi instead.
 
I am not in home at the moment but if you search in settings/device settings you must find hard reset (factory reset).

Try first discover first what causes that problem (apps installed, VPN app installed, etc)

You can have both wifi and rj45 connected at the same time but the device always give priority to ethernet and it works very well.

You could also try turning the WiFi off completely on the T5 if it's connected by ethernet anyway, (before resorting to the absolute) ;).

If no change, have at it ;).

I you don't find Factory Reset in Settings you can enter the Recovery Menu...

The Recovery Button is located between the USB ports.

Disconnect power
Keep pressed the Recovery Button then connect power.
Once the MINIX Splash Screen is displayed the Recovery Button can be released.
Recovery Menu appears at around 10 seconds.
Select Wipe data/factory reset
