I have a minix neo x5 that is stuck on reboot. I have tested to restart and unplug and also all that is listed under in the menu.
Hope someone understands my problem. And can give me some help.

To confirm, do you have a NEO X5 or NEO X5 mini?

NEO X5? It says on the back.

It should be possible to resolve this issue by manually re-installing the firmware on your MINIX NEO X5.
The final MINIX NEO X5 firmware based off Android 4.4.2 OS can be found here:

What about the device itself? Is it otherwise running normally or no function at all?

Hello,
Not sure if this is still active, but I'm trying to revive an old neo x5 mini, and when I get to the point where the firmware is being checked, I got a "Download firmware fail".
Any tips on what might be the problem?




EDIT: It was not working with the correct FW version (x5mini). After downloading the correct one, it works.
