How to download a movie or series from minix box to USB stick

Hi. I have tried to do this without success. I need to know/ learn the steps to get a movie onto a flash drive inserted in the box. Thanks.
 
Best option for me is to use a file explorer that enables the process of copying and pasting to the required directory.. I use EsFile it used to be part of the Minix build so you could have it already on you device .. insert you USB drive open the app and chose local from the choices on the left hand side of the screen and find the file you want to copy and paste to the USB ( or to wherever ) .. Hope this helps might need a little intuition from you.
