I have just had to do a factory reset of my U9-H via the settings option and now there is no weather displayed on Metro launcher (v5). Not a biggy but a bit irritating, so does anyone know how to get it back?

My lucky guess is that has to be a strange coincidence, since I didn't do any reset and mine disappeared also. Although I tried removing Metro launcher data and reinstalling it back I never got it to work again. Once upon a time I had lost it from the service provider not having the functionality available, because I could have it back by connecting with a VPN or changing the provider, well not this time - it seems it stopped for good.

Only thing I changed was a Google App update that got in, but removing this update also didn't have any effect. As you said, not a biggy. Just a bit sad it still displays the C/F ugly circle.

Same here, weather widget also disappeared without changing anything or resetting. I think it disappeared yesterday or the day before it. So it might very well be gone for everyone.

his sentiment was right as it only told you the weather based on the location of your ip address, not your physical location

i dont belive that minix killed it but rather yahoo
