Hello
Question : the gyroscope from the minix a3 backlit dont work for playing games with the u22xj ???

MINIX NEO A3 is not a gaming remote, it is not designed for this purpose.
I suggest purchasing a dedicated Android games controller.

The fact is, is that there are no games that I know of that you can play even if the gyro function worked.
?????????? So all the vidéos how peopel game in gyro mode with a2/a3 are Fake ?????? ,
If you make a search on Google you will see that there are a lot of games/apps how work with gyroscope ....

Rivers in the first video said there is no way to hit a button and you would need additional apps to help with this.

Roberto said he doesn't game with an airmouse.

Both those videos are about the remote in general and not devoted to how they function with games.

Also in my experience it is nigh on impossible to play games with an airmouse!

I tried the basic Beach Buggy (which seems to be the game in Roberto Jorge video) with both U22-xj and a U9-H Minix boxes. Although the behaviour of the A2 Lite and also the A3 Backlit I used was exactly the same in both boxes, I could not replicate the action in the video.

I couldn't find out which Minix box is shown in the video, and I couldn't find any further settings to go through to make that function work in any of the both boxes I tried.

As @Villa and @MINIX - John already mentioned, your intentions are probably out of the purpose for these devices. When you try to testify something with third party videos you should be aware of all circumstances that involved the tests, otherwise they are not very useful.

Most Android games are built with touch screens in mind. Most will also require the support of a game pad. There are very few that won't require those as a must.

A personal hint if you wish to use any of the Minix boxes that you have listed in your profile for gaming with any A3 remote, or A2 Lite or A2 Backlit: play chess. Either from that you should probably get a PS or similar machine for the job. You can always start a quest in Google and get lucky to find a game that works in an Android device without a gamepad or touch screen, but it might not be easy.

When you say this is a problem to be resolved in the U22-xj: did you make it work with any of your other boxes, so we can consider there is a problem and not a feature by design?
As for me, I couldn't find a problem in mine, since it reacts as expected from the testing with the U9-H.

To keep it very simple, we’ve never claimed NEO A2 Lite or NEO A3 can be used as gaming remotes.
We do not promote or market the remotes for this purpose.
We’re not obliged to provide support for a feature that we do not claim our remotes have.
