Hy
i would like to play movies from my NAS directly on minix using mx player.
it seems to me that picture and sound quality is better than using android kodi
I tried using Ex file explorer (a bit complicated)
is there more comfort solution ?
 
Is your Nas a Synology ?
If yes you can use DS video to launch MX player with your video.

Also Archos Video is a good option.

If you'd still like an Android file manager that's a little more user friendly than ES, then "File Commander" is OK, (one time premium payment is £2 or £3). You can easily access files on your NAS or local network.
