Minix j51-c4 Reset windows problem

Power on NEO J51-C4 and press the "F9" key repeatedly.
- Select the "Troubleshoot - Reset your PC" option. If it doesn't help. The OS image needs to be reinstalled onto the NEO J51-C4.
