Hi all, I just purchased this charger off of Ali Express.
It doesn't seem to be able to negotiate PD 3.1 correctly in C3 USB-C port. I only have one device plugged into C3 port and I am using an ANKER 140W cable with an E-Marker chip in it. I have also used another BASEUS cable rated for 240W without success.
The Device I m trying to charge is an ANKER 737 140W power bank. I have separately confirmed that I can charge this device at 140W successfully with both the ANKER and BASEUS cables using a BASEUS 140W charger.
I can however use a 100W cable (non E-marker) in this charger in either C2 or C3 port with no issues charging at 100W.
Is there any way to "reset" this charger or is it simply faulty?
