Minix U-1 all of a sudden got audio and no video

Just a quick question, I have 3 U-1 boxes and yesterday I went to watch a movie on my plex server with my minix box and I can get in to plex, I can go to the movie and I see everything just fine on screen.. .click to play the movie and the Video goes different colors, then grey then to black ... I can hear the audio and it is fine, I hit back and it goes back to my plex screen. Nothing has changed on my end from the last time I used it. I swapped HDMI cables just in case and same issue.. The box is at it's last firmware upgrade OTA and have not tried to load anything else.

I went in to Kodi and went to shows and same thing......

I'm at a bit of a loss on this... any suggestions? Like I said has been working perfect up until now. I will check my other boxes tomorrow... I've kind of switched to the Nvidia Shield TV pro but I still keep the Minix because I really like the boxes

Does it happen on all 3 of your U1's
Is it just 1 movie ?
If so probably a video profile that your U1/player doesnt support

I thought of that but, I actually tried several files, the majority of mine are .Mkv to keep it simple and I have a range of them, The TV is a 1080p Sony (13 years old) but it had worked like a champ until I went to try it the other day. I am going to move it to another room and TV to see if it makes any difference... Kodi is proably still 19 on it so I may just do a complete delete and reinstall but need to look and see what is involved with that. Hopefully I can get it up and running again I may gift it to our Sister in Law but first need to get it working again.... Thanks for your comment.

pusb87 Good question, today I hooked up one of my other U1's and it played anything I threw at it... .strange.

Before I tried the 2nd box (mentioned above) I hooked up the first one to another TV in another room thinking that possibly the first tv had a connection - HDMI cable issue but I had actually changed the cable on the first tv. The set up is I have a plex server set up and the android plex application on the box. Everything boots up and I can see everything on the plex app until I go to watch a specific video file... .the screen kind of flashes grey and then goes black... I no problem hearing the audio and when I back out of the movie I see the plex screens again.

I have a program and set up using Silicon Dust Homerun HD and I can play all the videos on that programs .

Since I have other Minix boxes that seem to work fine I'm not really concerned, I'll just have to sit down and try to compare the working unit to the one that's not working and hopefully finding something that is causing it... No doubt, I'm just scratching my head.. I may even remove my Plex app and reinstall it since that seems the one giving me an issue.
