Minix u9h not working

My 3 month old Minix u9h stopped working. It has a blue led light with no signal on TV. Already tried different HDMI Cable as well as different TV still not working. Turned it off and turned it on several time still not working. Please help
 
I had similar issue. I had tried both OTA and USB tool to flash this latest 008FW.
Both of it will lost hdmi signal while the blue light is still on. connecting the box to another tv still give the same problem
I had to turn off the main, and hopefully it will work for next few minutes.
 
Hi! I haven't done any update in my 8-month old u9-h. But just yesterday, while watching it suddenly rebooted then didn't start up anymore. I tried restarting, unplugged it, but whenever I turn on it just hangs in "Android is starting... Starting apps". Could it be that I need the firmware update?
 
Same happend on my box today. Didn't update since quite some while. I don't want to reset the Box. @MINIX - John : Could minix look into this as a matter of urgency and get back to us with a proper Solution?

Thanks @MINIX - John. I acknowledge that I can reinstall the FW. However, l’m looking for a way to fix this issue without loosing my settings. And: what is the reason why this happened? Please give us some insights.

I tried to manually re-install the firmware. But the device is not recognised by the flashing tool. I tried different PC's with no result. I also tried other cables then the one that came with the box. Any ideas?

I had downgrade to 007FW and been stable for a week before minix download 008FW again. Have not seen any problem for 3 weeks.

I updated my Minix U9h.After update my device goes blank , nothing comes up. I can see the blue light on my minix , however , nothing on the screen. I tried reseting and everything but it didnt work. Now i try holding the Turn on/off button for 6 seconds however it doesnt respond.
 
My Minix is having exactly the same problem.

First a few months ago it was the screen flickering... firmware flashed.

Now today in the morning, turned it on, blue led, boot screen and after that a good black screen of no signal.


I'm getting tired of flashing firmwares and losing all configurations, and still don't know if this one will be solvable.
