good evening .... I would like to ask if a2 lite backlit can be used with minix u9 .... because after a while I use it ..... the mouse arrow looks like a splinter gone mad on the screen ... and there is nothing that solves .... detached battery..tried pairin ... recalibration ... i don't know what it could be

It absolutely can be used on the U9, does it act the same on your U22-XJ?
 
Minix a2 lite backlit seems faulty ... Abnormal behavior .... If it lights up on the front ... The keyboard side remains off without being able to use any command ... And vice versa ..... Arrow mouse splinter went crazy on the screen .. It moves quickly across the screen .... Both on minix u9 and minixu22

It may be defective but I've had wonky behavior before when the batteries were almost done.... worth trying a new pair.

What you're describing is exactly how the backlit remote is supposed to work Fabzilla!! It's not a fault at all.

They will only light up one side at a time (whichever side is actually facing up based on gyroscopic movements) to save power/battery.

As you turn the remote over, the opposite side then lights up!!
 
I replaced batteries ... fattp pairing ... recalibration ..... in practice if you turn on the front .... keyboard remains off and inactive ... you will not be able to use any command .... remove batteries .. .. reconnects and the cursor goes crazy on the screen ... the keyboard lights up ... but the front remains off and no command with any button .... I don't understand if it is the remote control ..... never had problems with minix a2 ...... what can I do? if in case it is defective?
 
can you describe me exact procedure ... at least i will be sure if i do well ..... up to three days ago it was fine
 
I would also like to ask .... if possible match my backlit a2 lite .. to the key of my a2 ... if there is any procedure

Sorry I couldn't resist! ;)

Press and hold the Fn key (LED lights).
Now press and hold the Y/6 key (LED goes Off) and hold until the LED lights again.
Release both keys.
Place face up on a flat surface and wait for the signal LED to flash three times.

hahahahaaha ...... however.procedure performed correctly ... but does not solve the problem .... indeed sometimes .... removing and replacing batteries .... the command is not performed ... because the keyboard remains inactive while on the front I can only use the pad ... because the cursor will not be operated by the command
 
performed further test .... removed batteries .... reinserted .... pressed fn + y ..... connected the receiver to a USB port ....... the led remains on .... and it no longer turns off .... I think it is defective .... and now? is there any guarantee? how should i move?

You are in the EU and if you purchased it in the EU then you have the right by law to return it within 14 days no questions asked. If you have had it more than 14 days then you are covered by a 2 year guarantee (legal guarantee):

Any way to change the size of the pointer? Sometimes I have trouble following it. Thanks
 
The pointer cursor has disappeared ...i tried recalibrate as above and the light flashed as mentioned ...but when i press the button for the cursor nothing appears ..everything else is working i changed batteries again they are fully charged up ...when i press the pointer key there is no red light ...but the red light flashed correctly during the recalibration.....any ideas please or i need to buy a new remote ? thankyou Minix
