NEO J50C-8SE V2 does not recognize my touch monitor from Dell

Hello
I wanted to connect my Dell touch monitor to the NEO J50C-8SE V2. Unfortunately, the NEO does not recognize the monitor. The screen works normally, but I cannot activate the touch function. In the device manager HID compliant touch screen is not displayed.

Does anyone have any idea what I could do, or does the Neo not support touch monitors in general?

What is the connection method of the Dell touch monitor?
