Neo Minix U22 - USB-C port not working

Hi there,
I just received my box and noticed that the USB-C port isn't working. I've tried USB Flash drives with a USB-C to USB adapter, and also a USB-C SSD drive, but these drives are not appearing in Android. The USB 3.0 ports all work fine. I haven't updated the firmware at all. OTA dosen't seem to work. I haven't tried putting the firmware update on a USB flash yet. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Are you 'hot plugging' those devices? If so I'd suggest either plugging them in when the U22 is off or rebooting the device and see if they are then detected. And are the devices you are trying to use powered or unpowered I.e. do they have their own power supply?

Can you expand on the FOTA Update not working? What are you seeing and can you confirm what the current version is (should be 20200612-V004_20200612-1153 if up to date).

Thanks for replying.
I switch the USB OTG off and on in the menu then it seemed to see the USB Flash that is plugged in.
I will check what version Firmware it is and get back to you.

I checked the firmware, and is V001 from December 2019.
What benefits does the new firmware bring?

Hi there,
I used FOTA and it updated to June firmware. I think that's the latest. Thanks.
I noticed from the beginning that it gets stuck on "Box is Starting" when I had a microsd card plugged in. When I remove it, it's gets past that.
Anyone else have that problem?

It was done in Windows 10 using exfat Format. It's a 400GB Sandisk one. Once I insert after booting it's ok, but if I leave it in when I switch the U22 on it gets stuck at Box is Starting.
