Neo T5 High Temperature

Hello , I have a neo t5, but below the device there are high temperatures, is this normal for this device, or am I using an iptv app that heats the device. please any of the staff to answer me is this normal? Thank you

Please provide some clarification to your phrasing of - "below the device there are high temperatures"?

The surface underneath the device or the actual underside of the device itself?

How are you actually gauging these "high temperatures"? (Calibrated hardware monitoring, the back of your hand?)

Is your location subject to ridiculously high ambient temperatures?

Otherwise, the exterior casing of devices like this that rely on passive cooling alone can often feel very warm or even hot to the touch at times & it's quite normal. The exterior casing is in essence also a part of the cooling system as excess heat radiates away. I have a few family/friends that use a T5 in particular & they often do feel incredibly warm but it's not a concern.

Providing the device is stable, that's a fairly good indication that your device is operating with typical parameters. Not always of course, but invariably devices that are subject to chronic overheating become particularly unstable & they constantly crash or lock up. They'll then behave OK for a short period until the critical temperature is reached before they crash/lock up again, & again.

Feel free to provide additional information but chances are everything is absolutely fine .

thanks a lot for returning the reply, only the bottom of the device feels hot when you put your hand. with some applications I installed for temperature monitoring it turned out that the device had a temperature of 42 degrees, I do not know if it is correct. but the transmission channels are not blocked and have no problems. this means that the minix neo t5 has this as normal.

faleminderit shumë për kthimin e përgjigjes, vetëm pjesa e poshtme e pajisjes ndihet e nxehtë kur vendos dorën. me disa aplikacione që instalova për monitorimin e temperaturës doli që pajisja kishte një temperaturë prej 42 gradë, nuk e di nëse është e saktë. por kanalet e transmetimit nuk bllokohen dhe nuk kanë probleme. kjo do të thotë që minix neo t5 e ka këtë si normale.
