Hey everyone!
So I work in a school and we have bought a couple of Neo T5's with the purpose of using them as Xibo clients on our Digital Signage TV's.
Xibo installation was fine and we get our picture on the screens perfectly.
Now we're looking for a way to automatically "shutdown" our TV's at the end of the day, en start them again in the morning.
Xibo offers those possibilities by scheduling WakeOnLan and commands to shut down.
But whatever we try, the wakeonlan does not seem to work, and sending the 'reboot -p' command also does nothing.
Do we need to root the devices to allow for these remote commands? Do we need to change some settings somewhere?
I hope somebody can help us further, otherwise we'll have to resort to programmable poweroutlets, but we want to avoid the extra cost.
