Neo X8 Plus upgrade

Hi All,

I am having a Neo X8 plus box and wanting to upgrade the same. I wish to upgrade this device and needs some advice on the below queries:

- I downloaded the firmware from below link:

However, when i am trying to enter the recovery mode by using the recover button at the back (pressing it with a small pin), nothing is happening, it is not entering the recovery mode. Please help guide.

make sure the "world cup" driver installed when you installed the Burning Tool, if not uninstall and reinstall

remove any other usb devices and the hdmi cable before trying

make sure that the power is off on the minix and then press the reset button and hold in whilst pressing and holding the power button for a few seconds or so until you get the connection.



try different combinations of usb cables and USB2.0 ports...it can be problematic to get a connection

and make sure you have no "security" software that may be blocking the connection
 
I have downloaded USB burning tool_v2.0.8 and image zip folder for upgrading. I have plugged in the OTG cable to the laptop (followed all instructions in the video religiously). Unfortunately, laptop unable to detect my Minix Neo X8H-plus. Can anyone help?
