NEO Z83-4 Pro will not boot in to windows

#1
I have one device that will not boot in to windows. I can get to the bios but other then that it just hangs at the MINIX screen or gets stuck at fastboot. Is there a way using serial to reflash the device using TFTP?

have you tried without using putty ?? from what I understand you want to reinstall Windows by using a USB key, turn on minix and f11 from the keyboard and start the image key. or does the bios work for you?

I need to change the bios. I cannot boot from anything no matter what I do. I've tried a couple different USB drives(one on which I know does work with the devices) with a few different images on them. I get stuck with the same thing, as soon as you boot from the device, it just says "DNX FASTBOOT MODE" and just hangs there. I believe there was an issue when I flashed the bios and I need to re-flash it and I can't access windows to do so. I know there has to be a way to flash the bios via putty.

Have you tried updating the latest BIOS version?

@Alexkyl2018 any boot selection, including built in shell, sends me to the DNX FASTBOOT MODE.. screen.
When you turn it on, you can enter the BIOS setup screen when you pressing "del" key?
Are you follow the instruction for updating BIOS?

Press F11 while the power is on and select the USB memory stick, but it can't update the BIOS and go to the DNX fast boot mode?
There is no need to create a UEFI bootable memory stick, just format it as Fat32.
