You can try to connect the U9-H to another TV or Monitor and try to change screen resolution.
If it doesn't work then try a factory reset.

1.) U9 is at OFF state with a power adapter attached.
2.) U9 is attached to a display.
3.) Press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to go into recovery mode.
4.) Select Wipe data/factory reset

I think it is better you reflash firmware, if you tried everything else like change hdmi input, another tv, another hdmi cable , etc.
Download the firmware and flash .

If you press the power button for 6 seconds it has no effect ... My box is locked ... I no longer have a guarantee ... I don't know what to do ...
What resolution is the second TV you tried?

Re-flash the device rather than using recovery as @notrui has already suggested ;). He also included the link to the thread with a copy of the firmware & an easy guide with everything you need too.

The USBBurning Tool is available here as well: https://theminixforum.com/index.php?threads/amlogic-usb-burning-tool-and-driver-v2-0-9.123/

Once flashed it will all work again :).

[/ QUOTE]

Hey fabzilla,

This website has useful information about this issue, and in the comments to the article there are users suggesting an approach that might work (in the picture).

I normally would not recommend connecting cables with a device on, yet I had some trouble with HDMI connections between a TV and a box in the past and also had that with my U1, and no harm was ever done to any of my equipments by connecting an HDMI with the devices on, but as with any advice, it might be a risk worth to take, but you have to decide.

Or maybe by now you reflashed the box... Anyway I hope you have it back working as it should in no time.

Good evening .. I ask a question ... If the problem is not solved ... I am entitled to the guarantee having bought it in June 2018? Could they replace the product ...?
