Hi everyone, I recently bought the NEO U22-XJ and I'm not regretting it but I have a problem with a certain on demand streaming app, it is called ERTFLIX and is developed from the Hellenic (greek) Broadcasting Corporation.
A week or two after installation and smooth functioning one day suddenly I got this Playback Video Decoding Error when trying to start a video.
It is also available as a website, I tried with the chrome browser, the same error message.
After researching I've tried reinstalling the app, clean the cache memory of the app or of the OS and even reset all apps but nothing happened so I went for the one drastic measure that would work, factory reset. And it worked but again for a week or two, now I'm at the same point where I begun.
I've also installed the latest FW006A and the MCU Version so everything is up to date. The app was working for months without a problem in the cheap Android box that I had previously.
