Re-load / U9-H

Hi All,

Thanks for accepting me in the forum.
I am brand new at this so please excuse any tardy questions.
I have a Minix NEO U9-H that previously had Androis on it. It worked well and then I got a message saying that Android does not support the device any more.
Is it possible to re-load it with Windows? or ideally, with HomeAssistant (home automation software).

I have never re-loaded one of these devices and dont know where to start. any direction would be appreciated.
