Recovery mode issue

Hello i still have the issue where i have the recovery mode issue and I really want to use my minix computer and yet i can’t because of the issue

The only thing that I can use is a samsung galaxy tab e which can insert and read micro sd card

Can you install recovery tools to fix recovery mode on Micro SD card and will it work because i have the time to fix it and there is stuff i can do so pls help me out
 
Hi, I have had the Recovery mode issue on my window 10 minix neo Z83-4 for probably a month or 2 I have asked a friend and he said there is nothing that can be done but there is you need recovery tools but I do not know where i can download one and if its possible to install it on my Samsung Galaxy Tab E (my only other device that can process Micro SD Card) so I would like to try and see if I can install it on my Micro SD card and probably use it to recover my windows 10 out of the recovery mode

Pls can anyone help me fix this minix computer it means the world if you can help me i will be soo extremely happy and thankful if you can do because this is my only computer which can use .exe files and other stuff

So basically can anyone pls help me out in this situation its basically an Emergency in my opinion because there is stuff i wanna do on it and yet i cannot do because of the recovery mode

I tried to turn it on and off 1-2+ times and still on the stupid screen
