'S5' option in BIOS.

MINIX - Martin

Clarification:
This is an energy-saving option, and this option is disabled by default.

If S5 option is enabled, almost all the modules and ports will NOT consume any power when the device is shutdown or in OFF state.
While the cons are that features like 'AC Power Loss', 'LAN Wakeup' and 'RTC Wakeup' will NOT work.

If it's disabled, some modules and interfaces, such as USB ports, will still be working when the device is shutdown or in OFF state.
This means the device would still consume some power even it is powered off.
To make features such as 'AC Power Loss', 'LAN Wakeup' and 'RTC Wakeup' to work, this option must be disabled.

Where to enable/disable it?
Entering BIOS by continuously pressing the 'DEL' key when you attempt to power on the device.
Go to ‘Advanced’ > ‘Power Settings’ > ‘Deep S5 (Eup)’.
