Hi,
I am a previous neo x7 owner and fan. Last Friday received, new u9-h. Very pleased, after getting used to marshmallow -big change from kitkat!

Sky go app, worked previously on x7, without problems.
Now on u9-h, app runs but 'blue box' centre of display reads 'external display output is blocked'

Question, is this a u9-h problem or marshmallow or sky go.
Have tried installing previous version of app that worked -message, update!

Please, if someone knows a work around???

Is your U9-H updated to the latest FW008 firmware?

Many thanks Villa, sky go fixed with ota firmware update.


Didn't see that line in the 'about' just android 6.0.1 was fw004 now fw005, should I keep repeating the process up to fw008 ?

Yeah keep going 'til 008. The updates are incremental.
