Help, I have had the u9 for over 3 years now, love it. I had a problem with screensaver not coming on and managed to fix, somehow "wake" was turned on, so I turned it off. all ok. I mention this as it may have bearing on the latest problem, my u9 wont go to sleep ! it disconnects from tv but blue light stays on, not turning to green. My firmware is the last official minix update 008? Can anyone out there help

The symptom you describe is normaly connected to an app remaining running in the bakground. Try this, select the tab "All Tasks Killer" in the Metro Launcher (if you are using a different launcher, change it temporarily to Metro, since other launchers don't have that function) and test if the green light comes up in sleep mode. Sometime an update to an app causes different behaviour, it might not be something you did.
No, did not work, but I have solved it. When I clicked on power icon on bar at bottom of metro launcher screen, the tv disconnected (hdmi -cec) but blue light on u9 stayed on, I noticed when I turned tv back on, the option ie sleep, restart and power off were still showing. I went into all apps clicked on power icon and then sleep, and it worked, so somehow the power icon on the bar at bottom was corrupted, I deselected and re selected and all is well with the world, so to speak
