[SOLVED] Not able to login to Skype

I connected a wireless 2.4 GHz keyboard and mouse. It all seems to work fine, but signing in to Skype I get a message "we didn't recognize these sign in details, please check and try again".

tried many times with the wireless keyboard.
With virtual keyboard
different skype user ID's

Same message.

On the screen it looks fine. I am guessing Minix NEO U9-H is not sending the correct user ID to Skype. What I see on the screen is not being sent to Skype. The output from Minix is corrupted. Not sure what to do?

I don't think so.
Can you surf internet using Chrome ? Can you type some text in research bar ?

Try also to clear Skype cache in applications settings.

Try typing the username and password into a text file through a file manager then copy / paste the login details into skype, this way we can eliminate keystroke error.

@Nad As said before and as long the credentials are well inserted you should be able to sign in, it does not matter how you inserted them (virtual or physical keyboard).

One simple test is :
-first type in a paper or if you have written on a note go see them (username/pass)
-test in other device like a smartphone for example

If in other device works then it is a app problem.

Tell us the app version and the firmware you are using.
