Hi. I've been happy with my T5 since I got it a month ago. However, yesterday, when I turned it on, my audio had dropped to almost zero, and I can't figure out if it's a settings issue (I don't think I changed anything), or a hardware issue.
I first experienced the problem with Kodi, when the volume of all in-home or streamed videos, were almost inaudable. If I raised the volume of my TV to maximum, I could hear the audio, but barely. Checked Kodi settings, and restarted Kodi - no joy.
I then tried youtube outside of Kodi, and it had the same problem. Checked the limited T5 audio settings, no luck. Then restarted the T5, same.
I tried a different HDMI port. Same issue.
The volume of the TV itself OTA or via DVD player is working fine.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
NEO-T5, Firmware: 9.3.15, Version: Android Pie, Kernel: 4.9.113
Thanks.
