Some movie files not showing up on a 6 tb drive..they work on other drives

It has around 4.5 TB full :)
I'm using the standard cords that come with the drives. I'm going HD to HD...
Last night i transfered over 1 TB before i went to bed - 9 hours later its at 76%....its slow!
