Stuck in BIOS

My NEO J50C-8SE stopped working, and now it is stuck on BIOS screen. The Boot screen in BIOS settings does not show any drives. Does it mean that the internal SSD is defective? I tried resetting BIOS Settings, but it did not help.
 
We had this same thing happen to one of our units. I believe the drive is dead because I am able to boot to flash drive. I will be purchasing a new drive for ours.
