Unable to scroll Smarttube App

Hi

I have updated to U9-H-CE FW001 Android 7.1.2 20191120. I have installed the latest Smarttubenext apk. https://github.com/yuliskov/SmartTubeNext.

I don't seem to able to scroll in the Smarttubenext. It keeps bouncing back to the top of the screen. It seem to recognize as a smartphone than a tvbox.

Likewise, I tried other apk that is for tvbox, same thing can't scroll. When use the Android smartphone version, which showed as small screen, but scrolling work fine.

Anyone has this issue and fixes?

I don't know of any fix for it, because I have had the same issue from day 1 on both my minix devices. So, I use my remote.
You can always contact yuri by telegram on his forum. He responds very well.

However, he is Ukrainian and there is a message on the site to not contact him at the moment for obvious reasons. Just use your remote in the meantime.
 
It is an android OS ( Operating System) set top box, in the same way your android mobile phone or tablet works.

"TV box" is a generic term that is thrown about, but your U9h is recognised as android stock OS, as opposed to android TV OS set top box. Firestick is an example of android TV box OS or nvidia shield. But u9h operates on the same operating system as your android phone. Whereas Firestick TV and nvidia shield operate on a different system..

Perhaps Google would be your friend to explain the difference between android TV and android OS set top boxes better than I may have done.

But if you are still concerned about the mouse scrolling issue, perhaps you should contact minix support.

And you may also find other certain apps that do not scroll with the mouse and prefer a remote. I don't think it is peculiar just to the minix devices.
