As you can see ,there is no officiel update and no Android 10 update

If a firmware is in tools...this firmware is not finish and not ready to use ....all firmware ready to use are annonced on the forum and there are in "firmwares"

It was sent to me by Minix, like I said I do not know a list of the enhancements & bugs. You don't have to use it, but I just thought since I contacted them, I would share the information. I'm sure if there are bugs to report, I can forward that information over to them
If they want that this x39 firmware is tested by the users ....why they not make a official post in the forum ? That's what they make for all firmwares/update normaly

I don't know why there is no official post in the form! All I know is that it's the only official software upgrade from Minix for the Neo X39 Industrial Player and I happen to be the only one to get it from them. If you want to contact Minix on your own go right on ahead. That is what I did!

I'm looking to buy another X39 to run the software update even though it's not official in the forums by Minix. I wouldn't post bogus information in the forums because I have a reputation to uphold. Again, contact Minix and ask the same questions you asked me. I got a response right away and the gentleman Alex, I spoke with is an email away. In my personal experience, he is just who & what we needed to get this project moving

It was after reading all the posts in this forum, including yours, I thought hmm, I'm going to contact MINIX and see if I have any luck. Only one poster mentioned contacting MINIX, so I did! To my surprise, I got lucky to speak with one of the nicest people in the company in my opinion. He gave me instructions and links to fulfill all my wishes for a new OS and I blew it because when I attempted to upgrade, I made a big mistake & panicked instead of waiting for a response from MINIX (In which case, they did) but I had already returned the X39 to the warranty company I chose when I purchased it brand new. I no longer have my X39, it's driving me crazy! I have a store credit (They're not in stock) I don't have the cash/credit to get another right now. I'm on a mission to get another NEO X39 and if and when I do, I'll upgrade it with Android 10 and post everything on enhancements & bugs, if any...
Thanks for reading my posts about the Android 10 news but the links may not be up long because I did not ask for permission to post that information. I contacted MINIX and let them know what I did. If they request, I take the information & links down. I will delete the posts and they'll no longer be available. I'm waiting for a response from them. I will keep you posted on the outcome!

Obviously, the developers are hard at work on updates. The X39 isn't all they are working on. I'm sure testing is needed but the odd thing is in my case, it's not official in the forums but they did when I asked provided me with an update to test for my box at the time, which I no longer have
I test it tomorrow...if its Android 10!!
If touchscreen work like all previous firmwares ore not .(i Hope yes ? )
If bluetooth sound work ! ....and all other bugs how are in previous firmwares..

So it is not android 10
Note:
Android tool (v.2.54) says that firmware version is : 7.1.00
I suspected it wasn´t android 10 but i wanted to test

I go instal it now for see if its Android 10 or not
If there is the app how alow to send different videos to different screens

Its Fw 004 ???? no Android 10 !!!!
Fw 004 is not New ...its also in the official firmware list....its the last firmware for x39 ...with this firmware are no bluetooth sound and touchscreen bugs inside ..... clearly not the best Fw for x39 !
Fw 01 or 02 bluetooth sound work and touchscreen work perfect
